Shipping policy

At Muscle Asylum, we are committed to delivering your orders quickly, safely, and efficiently across India.

 

1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 24–48 hours of confirmation
  • Orders are processed Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays)
  • Orders placed on Sundays or holidays will be processed on the next working day

 During high-demand periods (sales, launches), processing times may be slightly extended.

 

2. Shipping & Delivery Timeline

Metro Cities

(Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Pune, Chennai, Hyderabad, Ahmedabad)

  • Delivery within 3–5 business days after dispatch

Non-Metro Cities

  • Delivery within 5–7 business days after dispatch

Remote Locations

  • Delivery may take 7–10 business days or longer, depending on accessibility

 

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping may be available on select orders or promotional offers
  • Standard shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout

 

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped:

  • You will receive an email and/or SMS confirmation
  • A tracking link will be shared to monitor real-time delivery status

 

5. Delivery Partners

We ship through trusted courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery.

 

6. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • COD is available on eligible orders and locations
  • Our team may verify COD orders via call/SMS/WhatsApp before dispatch
  • We reserve the right to cancel unverified or suspicious COD orders

 

7. Delivery Attempts

  • Courier partners will typically attempt delivery 2–3 times
  • If the order is not accepted or unreachable, it may be marked as RTO (Return to Origin)

 Repeated failed deliveries may lead to restriction of COD on future orders.

 

8. Delays in Delivery

While we strive to meet delivery timelines, delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Courier partner delays
  • Public holidays or strikes
  • Remote location constraints

Muscle Asylum is not liable for delays caused by external logistics factors.

 

9. Order Marked as Delivered but Not Received

If your order shows “Delivered” but you have not received it:

  • Report within 48 hours of delivery status

Our team will investigate with the courier partner and respond within 24–48 hours.

 

10. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

  • Please ensure your shipping details are accurate
  • We are not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect address or contact details
  • Re-shipping charges may apply in such cases

 

11. Damaged Package During Transit

If your package appears damaged:

  • Do not accept the delivery if visibly tampered
  • Record an unboxing video and report immediately
