Refund policy

At Muscle Asylum, we strive to deliver high-quality products and a seamless customer experience. This policy outlines the conditions under which returns, refunds, and exchanges are processed.

 

1. Return Eligibility

We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
  • The product must be in resalable condition
  • A valid invoice or proof of purchase is required

Returns requested after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted.

 

2. Non-Returnable Products

Due to the nature of our products (health & supplements), the following items are non-returnable:

  • Opened or used supplements
  • Products with broken seals or tampered packaging
  • Health, nutrition, or personal care consumables
  • Gift cards or promotional items

This is to ensure hygiene, safety, and product authenticity.

 

3. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Products

If you receive a:

  • Damaged product
  • Defective item
  • Incorrect product

Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing:

Include:

  • Order ID
  • Product images/videos
  • Clear description of the issue

After verification, we will offer:

  • Replacement (preferred), or
  • Full refund (if replacement is not available)

 

4. Return Process

  1. Email us at support@muscleasylum.in with your request
  2. Our team will review and approve the return
  3. You will receive return instructions
  4. Ship the product to our return address (if applicable)

5. Refund Process

Once your return is:

  • Received and inspected
  • Approved by our team

Your refund will be processed as follows:

  • Prepaid Orders: Refunded to original payment method within 5–7 business days
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunded via bank transfer or UPI within 5–7 business days

 

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  • Check your bank account
  • Contact your payment provider or bank
  • Allow additional processing time

7. Exchanges

We only offer exchanges in case of:

  • Damaged products
  • Defective items
  • Incorrect items delivered

No exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Taste preferences (for supplements)

 

8. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the issue is from our side)
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable
  • We recommend using a trackable courier service

 

9. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible

 

10. Important Notes (Supplement Category Compliance)

  • Results from supplements may vary from person to person
  • Returns will not be accepted based on performance expectations or results
  • Products should be consumed only as directed
