Refund policy
At Muscle Asylum, we strive to deliver high-quality products and a seamless customer experience. This policy outlines the conditions under which returns, refunds, and exchanges are processed.
1. Return Eligibility
We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
- The product must be in resalable condition
- A valid invoice or proof of purchase is required
Returns requested after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted.
2. Non-Returnable Products
Due to the nature of our products (health & supplements), the following items are non-returnable:
- Opened or used supplements
- Products with broken seals or tampered packaging
- Health, nutrition, or personal care consumables
- Gift cards or promotional items
This is to ensure hygiene, safety, and product authenticity.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Products
If you receive a:
- Damaged product
- Defective item
- Incorrect product
Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing:

Include:
- Order ID
- Product images/videos
- Clear description of the issue
After verification, we will offer:
- Replacement (preferred), or
- Full refund (if replacement is not available)
4. Return Process
- Email us at support@muscleasylum.in with your request
- Our team will review and approve the return
- You will receive return instructions
- Ship the product to our return address (if applicable)

5. Refund Process
Once your return is:
- Received and inspected
- Approved by our team
Your refund will be processed as follows:
- Prepaid Orders: Refunded to original payment method within 5–7 business days
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunded via bank transfer or UPI within 5–7 business days
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Check your bank account
- Contact your payment provider or bank
- Allow additional processing time

7. Exchanges
We only offer exchanges in case of:
- Damaged products
- Defective items
- Incorrect items delivered
No exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Taste preferences (for supplements)
8. Shipping Costs for Returns
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the issue is from our side)
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
- We recommend using a trackable courier service
9. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only
- Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
10. Important Notes (Supplement Category Compliance)
- Results from supplements may vary from person to person
- Returns will not be accepted based on performance expectations or results
- Products should be consumed only as directed
